东方物产集团公司是原中华人民共和国内贸易部门直属企业,是国务院确定的120家试点企业集团---华星集团的骨干成员企业之一。公司是圆物资部为参与浦东开发建设，有国内大型生产、流通、金融、交通企业参股，并由国内贸易部控股组建的股份制企业。公司于1992年5月成立，注册资金6000万元。经过几年发展，目前已形成以房地产开发为主，同时涉足出租汽车、国际国内贸易、旅游等多个行业，拥有6家全资和控股子公司、14家参股企业，资产总额4.5亿元的大型集团公司。
